Jill Jaros trained on full scholarship at the Tremaine Dance Center in Los Angeles California under some of the most prestigious choreographers in the dance industry including: Joe Tremaine, Wade Robson, Marguerite Derricks, Tyce Diorio and many more.

Some of her credits include The Michael Awards, Russell Simmons "Def Comedy Jam", a Gene Kelly charity showcase "If the shoe fits", and many more. She strives to give the best dance education by continuing to grow as a teacher/choreographer.

Whether she is taking a teacher's class in Buffalo or traveling to other cities to stay current in this ever changing dance world, she will do it.

"I don't teach because it is my job, I teach because it's my love."

Assistant Director Maria Ruffato has trained and performed professionally in Orlando, Atlanta and New York. Some of her credits include former actor/dancer in the entertainment department for Walt Disney World for musical artist Jordan Johnson, dancer for P. Diddy's pop group B5, opening act for disney artists Mitchel Musso and Raven Symone and many more.

Having been to many auditions, Maria can give much insight on the process and how to impress through acting, dancing and singing. She believes in all of her students and pushes them to do their very best in every moment.
